Who we are

UNI Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are a legally licensed nonprofit organization under the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). Donors can deduct donations they make to us under IRC Section 170. We are also qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devices, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106 or 2522.

Our Mission:

Our mission at UNI Foundation is to support, partner with, provide financial and logistical assistance to charitable organizations and initiatives that are focused on education, girl- child development and woman empowerment.
